About Us

Antoinette Vasseur

Owner, Herbalist & Permaculture Designer

Meet Antoinette Vasseur - the creative mind and heart behind Moon Flower Herbal Co. As a fourth-generation folk herbalist, Antoinette's love for creating teas and herbal remedies has been ingrained in her since childhood. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge with the community and nourishing those around her.

Antoinette's love of nature started at a young age when she spent most of her time playing in the woods behind her house. Now, she resides in her hometown, nestled along the Potomac River and the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, where she is raising her own family.

In 2016, Antoinette obtained her certification as a Permaculture Designer from Oregon State University. For the past six years, she has been consulting and designing eco-friendly gardens and edible landscapes. Today, she uses her expertise to breathe life into her own gardens and offer exceptional quality products to her customers.

When she's not creating magic with plants, Antoinette can be found barefoot in her garden, sipping a glass of whiskey, playing board games with her children, or enjoying a cup of coffee with her husband on their back porch.
